4. Certificate Issuance
- Certificates are provided only upon successful completion of the course and watching the required video lessons.
- Certificates are digital and emailed within 3–5 working days.

- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is a violation of copyright law.
6. Limitation of Liability
- IBFC Secure is not responsible for any career decision or action taken based on the knowledge provided in the courses.
- We are not liable for third-party platform errors (e.g., payment gateway or hosting downtime).
7. Modifications
- IBFC Secure may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
